TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
All consultations are by appointment only, lasting approximately 10 minutes. If you have several questions, or if you need more time, please tell the assistant so more time can be reserved for you (this prevents increased waiting time for other patients).

HOME VISITS
If you are unable to come to the doctor’s practice and require a home visit, these will be made at the end of the morning (1100-1300 hours) and in the afternoon (after 1600 hours).

If you require emergency medical help in the evening, night or weekend, you can call the “Huisartsen Spoedpost”. Tel: 0881309600

Please call the doctor on duty only for medical problems which cannot wait until your doctor is available.The “Spoedpost Huisartsen”is situated near the Tergooi ziekenhuizen Hospital in Hilversum and can only be visited by appointment.

FIRST AID
If urgent first aid treatment is required, you can come to the doctor’s practice immediately. Please telephone us before you leave so we can prepare for your arrival.

PRACTICE NURSE
The Nurse is in the Surgery daily from 0800- 1300 hours. Mon, Wed and Fri from 1400 – 1600 hours.
The Nurse is available for:
*Injections
* Examination of urine samples/pregnancy tests
*Blood test results etc.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
You can order repeat prescriptions by phone 0356911513 option 2. Prescriptions requested before 1100 hours will be sent to the chemist the same day. It is also possible to order online via MijnGezondheid.net

CHANGES
Please inform us if you change your address or insurance.
